We looking forward to your support again of The Warrior and Family Support Center (WFSC), located here in San Antonio at Fort Sam Houston.   

As you know, SASGA is an association with a mission of promoting steel guitar music, performances, and education. SASGA holds monthly jams to encourage steel players of all levels to get together and exchange ideas, demonstrate playing techniques, and learn about this fascinating instrument. There is no annual membership fee and our activities are all free. We "pass the can" at our monthly meetings to collect donations in support of WFSC. SASGA can be seen on three educational Public Access Network Stations on cable T.V. - Spectrum cable, AT&T Uverse, and Grande T.V. on Saturday evenings. Each year, we hold our primary fund raising event called the San Antonio Steel Guitar Association Family Fest. Fundraising this year will be held at the Turner Club in Kirby, Texas, on Sunday, September 16, 2018, Noon to 7 pm. The event features local bands throughout the day who have donated their time. We also have silent auctions, raffle tickets, and food plate sales. As a result of our previous activities, and thanks to people like YOU, our donations have approached the $20,000 mark and we hope to keep the momentum going this year. We are respectfully asking for donations of monies or in kind items for the Family Fest. We donate ALL monies collected directly to The Warrior and Family Support Center (WFSC). We are affiliated with the American Legion Post 593, so we can provide a 501(c) (3) (19) receipt for your donation. If you have marketing banners or posters, we would be pleased to post them at the event. Thank you for considering our request and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
